1. Design:

1.1 Design Ownership:

Any design produced by individuals are the intellectual property of that individual, unless the design is sold to a different person.

1.2 Copyrights:

Printiful Studio is not responsible for any copyright infringement & will abide by international laws only if legitimate claims to a design have been shared.

1.3 Designs:

Printiful Studio is not responsible for any designs that are considered "Hateful, Racist, Sexist, etc."   

1.4 Design Services:

The design services are based on number of designs, revisions & touch-ups.

When a request to design is made to Printiful Studio, the service is charged prior to the work.

When the work is completed a completion fee is then paid to Printiful Studio.

1.5 On-Boarding Services:

When an individual or company requests on-boarding, the product must be a collaboration between Printiful Studio & the individual/company.

2. Products:

All final products are produced & shipped by Print on Demand companies & Printiful Studio does not claim any responsibility for shipping delays, product defects, etc.
